Where does the data come from?

Our proprietary discovery engine scans thousands of businesses and cross-references Companies House filings to find matches you would never surface manually. The AI intelligence layer then researches each target across the open web, surfacing behavioural signals and exit indicators. Reputation data aggregates ratings from 10+ review platforms. Contact enrichment identifies decision-maker emails and LinkedIn profiles automatically.

How is the HQ Score calculated?

Eight weighted signals including filing patterns, revenue trends, director demographics, website stagnation, review activity, and ownership complexity combine into a 0-100 score. Four sub-indexes (Motivation Probability, Structural Simplicity, Growth Stagnation, Market Fragmentation) provide diagnostic detail. Weights are admin-adjustable.

Can I import my own target lists?

Yes. You can import targets from CSV or Excel files, and the system will automatically attempt to match them to Companies House records and enrich them through the standard pipeline. Manual entry is also supported.

What channels does outreach support?

Three channels: postal letters (with CSV/Excel export for mail house integration), LinkedIn (with built-in automation and identity rotation), and email (with template management and tracking). Sequences are structured as seven steps across all three channels.

What is a Live Serious Conversation?

An LSC is any conversation where the seller has engaged meaningfully with the concept of selling. Not a polite "no thanks" but a real dialogue about terms, timing, or valuation. The target moves from Outreach status to LSC status. Your goal is to maintain 30+ LSCs at any given time.

Do I need the Deal Stack Engine too?
